Due to the complexity of their support needs, some NDIS Participant may have a Support Coordinator funded in their plan. As your chosen Support Coordinator, we will take away the pressure of organizing your support. We will work with you, your family and/or carer’ to achieve your goals, get the most of your NDIS budgets, and build your skills and confidence to handle this yourself in future if you wish to.

AMITY SUPPORT SERVICES will assist you to:

• Understand how you can use and work with your support networks to achieve your NDIS goals 
• Address barriers to service delivery and get the most from your plan 
• Monitor your outcomes with a periodic report 
• Resolve service delivery issues and crisis resolution 
• To prepare for your next NDIS review meeting.

We assist with everyday activities such as personal care, domestic assistance, medication support, personal care, meal preparation and more, with our experienced and caring staff.

We assist with participating in social/recreational activities, events, medical and non-medical appointments, and other community activities.

We offer support that enables participants to build their independence and skills through learning and development opportunities. We can assist you to learn how to manage personal tasks of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, travel training and the rest.

We provide short-term accommodation support is sometimes called respite (e.g., one weekend a month). Respite gives families a break and provides a positive experience for the NDIS participant. Respite can be planned in advance, for example, if your carer’ has a planned appointment or a trip to attend, AMITY SUPPORT SERVICES can support you with a short stay that offers it all with our experienced and friendly team.

At AMITY SUPPORT SERVICES, we can help you find a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home to call your own with a 24/7 in-home supports funded by NDIS. Whether you are looking to live independently or in a shared arrangement with our SIL arrangements could be a perfect fit for you. NDIS Funded cost of support does NOT include rent, board or lodging, day to day usual living expenses such as food and utilities.
